1 The screw and the barrel of the extruder use nitrogen treated superior alloy steel 38CrMoAlA. The surface of the screw will be sprayed again with alloy to increase its service life. The screw adopts new type structure, which is especially suitable for PE regenerated material with good plasticizing effect.
2 The molding die head of the drip irrigation belt membrane tube used hot runner center to feed material helically. The membrane tube uses cast aluminum air-ring and is pre-cooled by air. It adopts far-infrared diameter measuring apparatus keep the evenness of the membrane tube thickness. High strength and high controlling precision.
3 It used the domestic advanced molding device, which makes the space of the inlet and outlet of the drip irrigation belt labyrinth even and stable, so as to assure the evenness and conformity of the dripping quantity.
4 It uses the coupling (or crawler) hauling. The whole traction process uses frequency control. The production line is stable during the producing process.
5 It used double-stage center coiling, which makes the operation flexible. It’s equipped with electric length-counting device which can measure accurately.
6 The whole machine set adopts digital electric control, which can be conveniently operated.
